Álgebra Lineal Band

  Álgebra Lineal El Álgebra Lineal es una rama de las matemáticas que se encarga de estudiar los multisistemas de ecuaciones lineales por medio de matrices y determinantes, así como también los espacios vectoriales tanto en dos, como en tres dimensiones. En el aspecto musical, Álgebra Lineal, es el proyecto en solitario del baterista mexicano,  Gabriel “Bony” Martínez. Gabriel nació en la Ciudad de México y ha estado activo como baterista en el medio del rock nacional desde el primer tercio de la década de los 80’s, transitando en agrupaciones desde rock urbano en los 80’s como  La Ignoran&cia, Pegaso, y Tráfico Citadino , para pasar posteriormente en la década de los 90’s a algunas bandas de Hard, Heavy y tendencias progresivas como lo fueron  Áspid, Medusa y Rayenary , conjuntos estos dos últimos con los que se grabaron un demo y un casete en 1999 y 1992 respectivamente.   Álgebra Lineal (Linear Algebra) is a branch of mathematics that is responsible for studying multisystems of linear equations by means of matrices and determinants, as well as vector spaces in both two and three dimensions. In the musical aspect, Álgebra Lineal is the solo project of mexican drummer, Gabriel "Bony" Martínez.      Gabriel was born in Mexico City and has been active as drummer in the national rock scene since the first third of the 80's, going through groups from urban rock in the 80's such as La Ignoran&cia, Pegaso, and Tráfico Citadino , to later in the 90's to some bands of Hard, Heavy and progressive tendencies such as Áspid, Medusa and Rayenary , the latter two groups with whom a demo and a cassette were recorded in 1999 and 1992 respectively. Estilo El género musical de Álgebra Lineal se decanta por el Rock dentro del subgénero del Progresivo con algunos matices de Hard. ¿Qué es el Rock Progresivo? Durante la segunda mitad de la década de los 50’s surge en la corriente underground de Inglaterra y de Estados Unidos una fuerte tendencia a la introspección dentro del mundo del arte, esto es provocado por el contacto con las culturas orientales, a las ideologías del existencialismo y el surrealismo de Paul Sartre y André Bretón, al movimiento Beat y su poesía, al empleo de substancias alucinógenas, al surgimiento del pop art encarnado en personajes como Andy Warhold y Roy Linchestein y en lo particular en la música, por la difusión de las ideas musicales de entidades como John Cage y Karlheinz Stockhausen. Style      The musical genre of Álgebra Lineal opts for Rock within the Progressive subgenre with some Hard nuances. What´s Progressive Rock?      During the second half of the 50's, a strong tendency to introspection within the art world arose in the underground current of England and the United States, this is caused by contact with oriental cultures, the ideologies of existentialism and the surrealism of Paul Sartre and André Bretón, the Beat movement and its poetry, the use of hallucinogenic substances, the emergence of pop art embodied in characters such as Andy Warhold and Roy Linchestein and particularly in music, for the dissemination of musicals ideas by entities such as John Cage and Karlheinz Stockhausen.
